**Partner portal release:**

The payment reject reason field has been added to the **Transaction Details** form on the partner portal. The descriptions of the codes are available in this [article](https://docs.payb.is/reference/payment-decline-reasons).

The reject reason is only available for failed **Buy crypto transactions**, provided that the payment attempt has reached the processor.
