Paybis offers the capability for Partners to provide user's personal data (as an extension for Trusted KYC) during the widget integration process. This optional data serves a following purposes:

  1. Enhanced Compliance: Sharing extra KYC details upfront helps to support more comprehensive due diligence checks before the transaction is initiated. This ensuring AML/KYC compliance efforts and make it more secure and trustworthy.

  2. Improved Success Rates: By passing additional user data during integration, Partners can increase the success rates for certain payment methods that don't allow no-KYC transactions (e.g., PIX, SPEI). This helps reduce the risk of chargebacks.

Also enhanced Verification status webhook with Residence Country

In addition to the standard webhook parameters (timestamp, event, partnerUserId, status), we now include an extra field called residenceCountry.

  • Verification Approved: When a user's verification is successful, residenceCountry will be set to the two-letter ISO code of the country where they were verified (e.g., "LV" for Latvia).
  • Verification Failed: If the verification fails, residenceCountry will be set to null.
