Paybis Send is a payment infrastructure solution that enables businesses to use crypto-friendly virtual accounts (EUR, USD, GBP) to pre-fund balances in both fiat and cryptocurrency, accept payments, and execute payouts seamlessly. Designed for PSPs, acquirers, merchants, e-commerce platforms, payroll providers, and other financial platforms, it provides simultaneous access to fiat and crypto through a single account.

By integrating Paybis Send, partners can accept payments and initiate crypto payouts directly from their platform via Paybis APIs or manage operations through the Paybis Partner Portal. The solution supports fast, reliable, and scalable payout workflows, helping businesses simplify payment operations while expanding their global reach.

Supported Workflows

Incoming Bank Transfers

Accounts can be funded via traditional bank transfers: partners get dedicated banking details to deposit funds from their own accounts and to accept third-party payments.

Account Top-Up in Crypto

Partners can fund their account by transferring supported cryptocurrencies to a unique wallet address generated within the platform. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the funds are instantly credited to the user’s balance.

Crypto Payouts

Partners can make one-time crypto settlements and mass crypto payouts to any destination wallet addresses. By pre-funding their accounts with fiat, businesses gain seamless access to crypto liquidity without the need to buy or hold cryptocurrency, avoiding exposure to volatility and operational complexity.

Outgoing Local Currency Payments

The platform businesses to send funds in local currency directly to bank accounts of individuals or companies. Payments are processed through supported banking rails (SEPA, SEPA Instant, SWIFT) and are typically completed within standard banking timeframes.

How It Works

Paybis Send handles the complexity of blockchain interactions through two primary flows:

Validate Verify the recipient’s crypto wallet address via API to ensure a smooth and error-free payout.
Calculate Receive a real-time quote for the fiat/crypto conversion based on the desired payout value.
Request Submit the payout request via API or create it manually in the Partner Portal.
Process Paybis executes the crypto transfer using the Partner’s pre-funded balance.
Stay Informed Get real-time updates on account deposits. Track payout status via callbacks and Partner Portal updates.
