Send Crypto Payouts

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for initiating manual cryptocurrency payouts using the Paybis Partner Portal.

Prerequisites

Before you can send crypto payouts, you must have the Send Crypto role assigned to your Partner Portal account. Contact your Paybis account manager to request this permission if you don't have it.

How to Send a Crypto Payout

1. Enter Payment Details

Navigate to Send crypto tab: Log in to Paybis Partner Portal and go to the "Send Crypto" tab. This tab provides the interface for initiating manual payouts.

Complete the following fields::

Receiver Name: Enter the name of the recipient.

Wallet Address: Enter the recipient's cryptocurrency wallet address. Ensure the address is correct and compatible with the chosen cryptocurrency.

Amount Sent: Enter the equivalent fiat amount that the recipient should receive.

Amount Received: Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to send.

Quote allows you to create quotes in two directions:

Fiat-to-Crypto (Fix Fiat Amount): Enter a specific fiat amount in the Amount Sent field. The recipient receives the equivalent crypto amount after fees are deducted. Use this when you want to control exactly how much fiat is deducted from your balance.

Crypto-to-Fiat (Fix Crypto Amount): Enter a specific crypto amount in the Amount Received field. The recipient receives this exact crypto amount. The equivalent fiat cost (including fees) is deducted from your prefunded balance. Use this when the recipient must receive a precise crypto amount.

2. Review Quote and Fees

After entering the payout details, Paybis calculates the quote with all applicable fees. Review the quote carefully:
Verify the final amount the recipient will receive Confirm the total cost that will be deducted from your prefunded balance Ensure your prefunded balance has sufficient funds to cover the transaction

3. Initiate Payout

Click Make Payout to proceed Review the transaction summary on the confirmation screen Verify all details are correct Confirm the payout to submit the transaction

Security Recommendation: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for withdrawal transactions via your Account manager. Each payout will require confirmation via one-time password (OTP).

4. Monitor Transaction Status

Once the payout is initiated, you can monitor its status in Transactions tab.
You will also receive webhook notifications about the payout status.

Important Notes ✅ Verify wallet address: Always double-check the recipient's wallet address before confirming. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. ✅ Check sufficient balance: Ensure your prefunded balance can cover the payout amount plus fees before initiating the transaction. ✅ Confirm network compatibility: Verify the wallet address matches the selected blockchain network (e.g., don't send ERC-20 tokens to a Bitcoin address).
